Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

• Artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

• Domestic shipping is available via USPS and typically takes 3-7 business days (excluding holidays). Delivery times may vary based on location and/or factors beyond my control.

• International shipping is available, though delivery times may vary by destination. For international orders, please reach out via the contact form before placing your order. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

• Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

• For expedited shipping please contact me; additional shipping costs will apply.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of fine art, all sales are final. Returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.

• If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact hello@bfoundseaglass.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

• All orders will be given a USPS tracking number, and any shipping issues can be settled through USPS.

• B.Found Sea Glass is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
